300g pork (lean loin)
1 tbsp flour
150g cabbage
1 tsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking sake)

How to cook
- Cut cabbage into strips. Dust pork with flour.
- Mix seasonings (A) together.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and brown pork over medium heat. When browned, flip over.
