In Japanese cuisine, there is a dish called “Goma ae”. It is a typical side dish of Japanese cuisine, consisting of boiled greens and wild vegetables mixed with ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, and sugar. Spinach, komatsuna, and green beans are often used. Not only is it easy to combine with other side dishes, it is also low in fat and highly nutritious.
