This time, we will introduce a recipe for healthy French fries made without frying using a microwave and a frying pan. Even with a small amount of oil, they turn out crispy and tasty.

Ingredients (2 servings)
2 potatoes (300g)
1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
A pinch of salt
How to cook
- Cut potatoes into sticks and soak in water for a long time to remove starch. Drain off the water. *They will be crispy.
- Cover with cling wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 min. Wipe off any moisture. *1200W for 1min.
- Place potatoes and flour in a plastic bag and sprinkle with flour.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add potatoes and cook over low heat, rolling, until lightly browned.
- Grill over medium heat until the surface is crispy, sprinkle with salt, turn off the heat, and blend all over.
