skinless chicken thigh 300g
wheat flour 2tsp
vegetable oil 1tsp

1tbsp soy sauce
2tsp sugar
2tbsp cooking sake
2tsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
How to cook
- Mix (A) seasonings together.
- Cut skinned chicken into appropriate size.
- Sprinkle flour on both sides.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook ③.
- When browned, turn over and cook over low heat. When chicken is cooked through, add A and cook over medium heat until shiny.
