Easy and Healthy Gyu-don Recipe

We use affiliate advertising.

Gyu-don is a Japanese dish in which thinly sliced beef and onions are sweetly simmered in soy sauce and placed on top of a bowl of rice.Japan’s leading gyudon chain stores include Matsuya, Sukiya, and Yoshinoya. However, regular beef bowls are not suitable for dieting, as the meat is fatty and highly seasoned.

So this time, I’d like to introduce a gyudon recipe that uses lean meat and a little less seasoning.
