Self-introduction
Hi,nice to meet you.
I am Kanako and I run a women-only personal training gym in Tokyo.
First of all, let me briefly tell you about myself.
After graduating from high school, I worked as a police officer for about five years. However, desiring to explore unknown worlds and meet new people, I decided to study abroad in the Philippines and Australia.
After returning to Japan, I decided that I wanted to help people in need, so I became a personal trainer to support people who are struggling with their health and diet. While supporting clients with exercise and dietary advice, I realized once again how wonderful Japanese food is. And I want not only Japanese people but also people around the world to know that Japanese food is linked to good health.
So,I will provide information on how to achieve a healthy and successful diet while incorporating Japanese food. And it is my goal to help as many people as possible enjoy eating and have a healthier life.
