Ingredients (3 serves)
320g thinly sliced lean beef
2 pieces of Chinese cabbage
1 leek
1 bag of enoki mushrooms
150g of rice per person

250ml water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking sake
1.5 tbsp sugar
2 tsp powdered Japanese soup stock
How to cook
- Cut beef and Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces, and diagonally slice green onion. Cut the root of enoki mushrooms and cut in half.
- Put (A) in a pot and bring to a boil, then add Chinese cabbage, green onion, and enoki mushrooms.
- When it comes to a boil again, add the beef while breaking it up, stirring occasionally to remove any scum. Simmer until the broth is reduced by half.
- Place rice in a bowl and top with ③ to complete.
